School Term and Holiday Dates For the school year 2006 - 2007 there will be 5 days allocated for School Development and 5 Baker Days. Many of these will focus on the revised curricululum. Below is a list of the holidays for school year 2006 - 2007 Autumn Term 1st September - 22nd December Half Term 30th and 31st October and 1st November Spring Term 8th January - 5th April Half Term 16th and 19th February St Patrick's Day 16th and 19th March Summer Term 16th April - 29th June May Day 7th May Half Term 25th and 28th May

School Hours The school day begins at 9.20 a.m. and children should be in their classroom by this time. Children will be admitted to the school from 9.10 a.m. onwards. Children should not arrive at school before 9.00 a.m. as no responsibility can be taken by the school for any children arriving on the premises before this time. The lunch-break is from 12.20 p.m. - 1.00 p.m.. All children have a supervised playtime for 10 minutes in the morning. The Primary 1 and 2 classes finish their school day at 2.00 p.m. and Primary 3 - 7 classes finish their school day at 3.00 p.m.
