Hyper was founded in 2000 by Mrs Darcy. Mrs Darcy has always had an interest in fashion since she was young girl. After leaving school at the age of seventeen years of age and still having a great interest in fashion Mrs Darcy decided to go on to university to do a degree in fashion and from there Hyper. From there she took the risk to set up her own business, Hyper.

Hyper is in a good location as Mrs Darcy purchases buys the majority of her merchandise from  the warehouses in Belfast that all the other outlets buy from.  The location of this warehouse is relatively close to Omagh as it is just a couple of hours drive to Belfast. Mrs Darcy is able to reduce travel costs as the warehouse delivers what she has ordered to her within 24 hours.

 In total there are six members of staff. Since Hyper is a small private limited business the organisation of the business is a flat structure as there are only two main levels within the business.
