Exercise is good for you!

The body is a wonderful machine and like any wonderful
machine it needs to be kept in good working order.
All our muscles and joints need to be kept supple and strong.
The best way to do this is the fun way.
When you exercise you need to warm up first. This helps your
body get ready for the work it is going to do. A good way to
warm up is to jog on the spot for a few minutes. If you do not
warm up you could give your muscles a shock and you could hurt
yourself.
