Sleep is important to younger children aged between 1
years old and up to 13 years old.
Teenagers and adults don't need as much sleep as
children. Adults need about 8 hours of sleep each day.

If you want to get good rest stay in a quiet environment.
No vibrant colours or loud music.

Sometimes your brain needs to relax. When you work
hard at school, you have to concentrate. You use your
brain to think and thinking makes you tired. After a
while your brain needs a rest. At school you have breaks
when you can go outside. Playing is a good way to rest
the brain.

When you go to sleep at night you rest your body and
your brain. Your muscles rest. Your brain does not have
to concentrate or think.
