An essential part of any healthy lifestyle is to eat a balanced diet. A balanced diet must contain

To eat healthily we should
· Eat more fruit and vegetables (at least 5 portions a day)
· Eat more fibre
· Cut down on fat
· Cut down on sugar
· Cut down on salt

foods. No one type of food can provide us with all we need.
