Anne Frank was born in the German City of Frankfurt on 12th June 1929. As a baby she lived in Marbachweg at number 307 with her mother and father (Edith and Otto Frank) and her older sister Margot. Anne had a happy childhood playing with her friends. She rode her bike to school and loved playing in the sandbox. Anne and Margot adored their father and even had a pet name for him Pim.
