Holy Cross College Strabane is a brand new co-educational and bi-lateral secondary school recently opened in 2003. Holy Cross College is formed from the amalgamation of Strabane's three previous Catholic secondary schools, St. Colman's High School, Our Lady of Mercy Secondary School and the Convent Grammar. Initially operating on a split site basis Holy Cross College moved into a new state of the art, purpose built building in 2008. This new school building hosts a range of modern facilities, such as interactive whiteboards in every class room, dedicated technology and music blocks, a floodlit 3G astroturf football pitch and a fitness suite.
