Founded
in 1821 by Anne and Patrick McCullagh, 'Eddies Bar' is named after Edward
V McCullagh (EV) who was born in 1912
and diesd in 1986, and is the the father of current owner Martin McCullagh
(Martin Eddie).
The
bar is renoun for it's friendly atmosphere and fun-loving patrons, who are
always up for the craic!
The
bar is at the very heart of Greencastle, so much so that in 1998 it was
awarded with 'Community Pub of the Year' for the entire
