Curriculum |
The curriculum of the school is designed to give a broad and balanced education to all children and to offer them learning experiences suitable to their current stage of development. Through both the structured and unstructured learning programmes, a total network of experiences is offered to enable the child to develop not only academically, but also morally, socially and creatively. We aim to offer each child a broad and balanced curriculum in line with the Northern Ireland Education Reform Order 1989. This involves six areas of study: · English · Mathematics · Science and Technology · Religious Study · Environment and Society · Creative and Expressive Studies Four Educational Themes · Educational for Mutual Understanding · Cultural Heritage · Health Education · Information Technology |
